You can't get away with just one costume on Halloween, not in this family, and not when costumes are on discount for $6.50.
The real reason Sai had to be a monkey, was to be a part of our first family costume. Here he is as Bubbles the chimp, to go along with our Michael Jackson theme. Narayan is the hip 80's MJ and I am the creepy 90's MJ.
On Friday before Halloween we went to a mommy group party where we invited the dads to join. There was an Under the Sea family, a Wizard of Oz family, a Pope and Nun family, a Safari family and a Michael Jackson family. A couple of parent's didn't dress up, probably the smart choice because I ended up taking my wig off and walking around with weird Michael make up all night.
I gave Sai my wig. I imagine this is what my baby girl will look like.
