Spring

We have been enjoying our yard lately as the weather picks up.

Sai is understandably drawn to flowers. What fun to find a tulip pop up right in the middle of the lawn...(?)

Every home owner's favorite flower, the Dandelion.... and we have lots of them...

I don't know what Sai is looking at here, but let's just say that he spotted a bird, because lately he's been playing Ornithologist. Not only does he notice and point at the birds he sees but he also makes some crazy bird noises.

Instead of scrapping the old swing set to the dump, we decided to fix this one up.
We removed the rusty broken slide, replaced some swings, built a new bench seat, scrubbed off the algae growing all over it and gave it a fresh new paint job!

It looks so pretty now, and you don't have to worry about that tetanus shot next time you come over.
