Work?

Now that it's fall I feel a little strange that I'm not working. I'm pretty good at having summers off (and I'm sure anyone can get used to that), but with the slight monotony of infant care in less than desirable camping/surfing/beach weather, I kind of feel like I should be working. Don't get me wrong, I'm not about to go get a job or anything crazy like that... just a little out of my element and working on adjusting my daily life. In fact the only contact I have with work is with another teacher on maternity leave. My friend Anna and her son Jonas get together with us. We talk about the drama at work that we don't have to be a part of, the pregnant students...you know, the usual stuff.

It looks like Jonas is trying to get away fast, either that or they are practicing for a future in acrobatics.

Jonas is laughing because his escape technique is to make his arm disappear.
