The Cabin

We spent 4 days up at the Mt. Baker cabin that we rent a room in for a little family vacay.

They have a great ski lift swing outside, perfect for photo opportunities.

Sai kept picking up sticks and tasting them.

This stick is yucky...,
I wonder what the next stick tastes like...

We relaxed, watched movies, read, avoided the cabin dog (and skied, but that will be in another post) and enjoyed the lack of cell phone service, television, and internet that the cabin provides . I couldn't check my messages, no Facebook, no E entertainment news. Our planet could be under alien attack and I would have no idea at this cabin (unless of course aliens prefer small mountain towns). It's quite nice to be forced to slow down and get away.
