This is a typical day in Westport, pretty dismal huh? Of course we were expecting 70 degrees and blue sky (thanks weatherman...). Now you can see why we travel to the Oregon beaches to surf. I was grumpy and didn't want to go in, but eventually surfed after the drizzle stopped and I felt much better.
We camped in Westport (my first time camping there). The campground is surprisingly nice and there are some private spots you can stay in if you don't want to be right on the beach side. Don't let the tent fool you, we still slept in the van.
